Photos must clearly relate to the monthly theme
Only one submission per person is allowed per round
Each submission must include a short caption
The following are not permitted:

Content depicting nudity
Content depicting illegal activities
Anything offensive, unsafe, or not appropriate for a community setting
Light corrections that do not alter the essence of the photo should be avoided unless explicitly allowed for a round.
Entries are revealed during the monthly EXATEC catch-up
Voting happens live during the session
The community selects the winning photo
The winner of each round:
Chooses the theme for the next round
Has the opportunity to be featured as EXATEC of the Month
The EXATEC of the Month feature is created separately through a short interview and community spotlight piece.
Snappy Snaps is meant to celebrate creativity, storytelling, and community.
The best entries do not just look good — they capture a moment, a feeling, or a perspective that connects with others.
